Bi-Polar LED Driver Circuit

This circuit is called a bi-polar led because it consists of two LEDs, each of which has a different polarity. These two LEDs will emit light alternately. The light turnover time is determined by a 10uF capacitor.

Two LEDs must have different colors according to the desired needs. The power supply for this circuit can use a 9V battery or from a transformer power supply.
